Ritu Jadwani: Color Trend Analyst, Designer, Photographer, Craft lover.

She has worked on Trend Forecast projects for WGSN and Pantone in New York by doing research, editing, layout, styling for the Autumn Winter 2014 journals.

Previous work experience includes editing, marketing for Hand Eye craft magazine, designing kids wear, denim-wear, lingerie, Indian-wear, home furnishings, recycling textiles in India and New York.

She is an avid traveler, photographer, and writer; contributes to a Dutch magazine, a New York based trend e-magazine, and India based newspapers and university magazines.

Born and brought up in India, Ritu Jadwani is a fashion designer with an eye for colors and trends. She graduated in Fashion & Apparel Design from NIFT in India and pursued Masters in Management from France, USA and China. With internships and classes held in these four countries, she has developed a global perspective towards business, culture and trends.

Her work is strongly influenced by Indian crafts and her world travels.


The Design Portfolio showcases the garments designed, while studying at National Institute of Fashion Technology, India. It includes an assortment of womenís wear, menís wear and accessories. The Color & Trend Portfolio tells the story of my upbringing in India and travels in the past one year in USA, France and China. Divided into four chapters, each section describes the feelings and colors of a country. Starting with the crafts of India, it slowly develops towards the high paced technological life in China, the relaxed food culture of France and finally the beach experiences of Sag Harbor in USA. The colors are referenced by Pantone codes and names.
